By submitting your submission video you give "I Hate Young People" & "Unusually Smooth Productions" the unlimited royalty-free right to exhibit, transmit, distribute, and exploit your submissions in whole or in part, in all markets and media throughout the world, in perpetuity. By submitting a Video, you represent and warrant that you are the sole proprietor of all rights in and to the Video; that you have full power and authority to grant the rights granted to "I Hate Young People" & "Unusually Smooth Productions"; that have obtained all rights, consents and permissions, including but not limited to those of persons appearing in the Video, necessary to grant the rights granted herein; and that the use of the Video as set forth above shall not violate or infringe upon the rights of any individual or entity. By submitting Video you agree to all Brightcove Consumer Generated Media submission terms found in upload system. Submission constitutes each entrant's permission for "I Hate Young People" & "Unusually Smooth Productions" to use his/her name, likeness, photograph, picture, portrait, voice, biographical information, submission and/or any statements made by each entrant regarding the "I Hate Young People" & "Unusually Smooth Productions" for advertising and promotional purposes without notice or compensation. By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless "I Hate Young People" & "Unusually Smooth Productions", its advertising and promotion agencies and their respective parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability, for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, participating in creation of content or downloading any materials for this project.
